Operational Risk Areas

Low-risk: Direct employment, where staff are recruited, vetted, and paid directly by NOXX & CO
Medium-risk: Outsourced services such as office cleaning and IT hardware procurement, where visibility into labour practices may be limited

Risk Mitigation Measures
We are implementing the following measures to reduce and manage risk:

Conducting audits of suppliers in potentially high-risk categories
Including clear anti-slavery provisions in supplier contracts
Maintaining internal protections for whistleblowers and anonymous reporting

Our employment procedures include:

We deliver annual training to all staff, tailored to the risks present in our sector. Key themes include:

For the 2025/2026 financial year, training will continue to be mandatory for all management and strongly encouraged for all employees.
