NOXX & CO is a professional advisory firm based in Mayfair, London. We specialise in accounting, legal, and corporate consultancy services, operating exclusively within the United Kingdom. Our firm employs a skilled and diverse team across all departments.

2. Policy Commitments

NOXX & CO takes a firm stance against all forms of modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to upholding the highest standards of human rights and ethical conduct across our operations and supply chains.
This statement has been prepared in accordance with the following:

  • The UK Modern Slavery Act 2015
  • The UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights
  • Best practices informed by the Global Slavery Index

This version of the statement is currently under preparation and will be formally approved by the Partners’ Council.

3. Risk Assessment

Operational Risk Areas
  • Low-risk: Direct employment, where staff are recruited, vetted, and paid directly by NOXX & CO
  • Medium-risk: Outsourced services such as office cleaning and IT hardware procurement, where visibility into labour practices may be limited
Risk Mitigation Measures
We are implementing the following measures to reduce and manage risk:
  • Conducting audits of suppliers in potentially high-risk categories
  • Including clear anti-slavery provisions in supplier contracts
  • Maintaining internal protections for whistleblowers and anonymous reporting

4. Due Diligence Processes

For Employees
Our employment procedures include:
  • Right-to-work verification at the point of hire
  • Ensuring pay meets or exceeds the London Living Wage
  • Anonymous channels for raising concerns about labour exploitation
For Suppliers
All vendors and service providers are subject to:
  • Compulsory modern slavery compliance declarations
  • Ad hoc reviews of labour practices among subcontractors
  • Suspension or termination of business with suppliers who breach anti-slavery commitments

5. Training & Awareness

We deliver annual training to all staff, tailored to the risks present in our sector. Key themes include:
  • Identifying signs of forced labour and human trafficking
  • Ethical procurement and vendor selection
  • Procedures for reporting modern slavery risks or violations
For the 2025/2026 financial year, training will continue to be mandatory for all management and strongly encouraged for all employees.

6. Performance Indicators

As part of our continuous improvement approach, we will monitor:

  • The number and quality of supplier audits carried out annually
  • Participation rates in staff training programmes
  • Reports received via whistleblower channels and their resolution

These indicators will guide the effectiveness of our anti-slavery initiatives and highlight areas requiring further attention.
